My parcel is missing: Should a parcel is going lost or missing, please get in contact with our Customer Service. Missing parcels will be sended subsequently if possible; otherwise we refund the corresponding amount unless otherwise specified
In the rare case the parcel is damaged: please accept the parcel and get in touch with our Customer Service. We will refund the unusable goods or send new one.
Should we have difficulties with the delivery of a product from your order, we will send you an exactly equivalent or better one as a replacement. Will this be impossible you will get a voucher about the outstanding amount or a refund.
Goods which are unusable because the address or / and the post code in your order was wrong as well as the new arranged delivery day is to far in the future will be not refunded.
Should we are unable to deliver your order to the address given by you with your order and the parcel would be returned to our warehouse we refund only the amount of the goods and not the delivery rate too.
You are able to place ordersnew which are returned on address reasons. As a registered customer use the "reorder button" in your account.
How much is the shipping fee?

How long will it take to arrive?
Orders placed until 8pm will be shipped on the next business day. The delivery will take approximately 3 business days.
Orders without chilled products: our last day of dispatch will be Thursday. Orders placed after Wednesday 8pm will be dispatch at the next available Monday).
Orders with chilled products:our last day of dispatch will be Wednesday. Orders placed after Tuesday 8pm will be dispatch at the next available Monday).
Please note: In rare cases, the delivery can take a week. Especially on hot summer days, it may be necessary to postpone the delivery with perishable goods a few days.
Therefore please do not order at the last second. Goods with a short shelf life should be ordered from Thurday to Monday so that they can be dispached on Monday or latest on Tuesday.
Scottland, the Scottish Highlands and the Scottish Island may need up to four working days.
Depending on the products purchased, we are sending this from our warehouses in Berlin (Germany). Our cookbooks are sending from London. However, more than 99% of all parcels in the past arrived after two business days.
Our times of delivery are approximate and are not binding. Bank holidays may extend the delivery time.

How do I dispose of the used cool pack?
The cool pads are designed for approximately 500 uses. After grow warm the pad will be jellylike and ready for re-frozen. Please do not fold the pad in the frozen condition! It will be damaged.
