The list of the 14 Allergen

People with food allergies have to be extremely careful about what they eat.
Food labelling is therefore very important to those with food allergies as there can be potentially serious consequences from eating food that they are allergic to.

That's why you find here one of the important information about the 14 food allergen:


cereal Cereals containing gluten
(e.g. bread and pastries, cakes, pasta, soups, sauces, bread crumbs, sausages, baked peas, desserts, chocolate)
namely: wheat (such as spelled and Khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats or their hybridised strains, and products thereof,
  • glucose syrups based on wheat including dextrose;
  • Wheat based maltodextrins;
  • glucose syrups based on barley;
  • cereals used for making alcoholic distillates including ethyl alcohol agricultural origin;
 crustaceans Crustaceans and products thereof
(e.g. delicatesse salads, soups, sauces, paella, bouillabaisse, sashimi)    
 eggs Eggs and products thereof
(e.g. breaded dishes, Mayonnaise, pancakes, cakes, pastries, breads, noodles, croutons, burgers, pies, quiches, sauces, dressings)    

 fish Fish and products thereof

  • fish gelatine used as carrier for vitamin or carotenoid preparations;
  • fish gelatine or Isinglass used as fining agent in beer and wine;
 peanuts Peanuts and products thereof

 soy Soybeans and products thereof

  • fully refined soybean oil and fat;
  • natural mixed tocopherols (E306), natural D-alpha tocopherol, natural D-alpha tocopherol acetate, natural D-alpha tocopherol succinate from soybean sources;
  • vegetable oils derived phytosterols and phytosterol esters from soybean sources;
  • derived from vegetable oil sterols from soybean sources phytostanol;
 milk Milk and products thereof, including lactose
(e.g. bread, cakes and pastries, sausages, deli salads, margarine, chocolate spread, cereal, chocolate, caramel, casseroles, gratins, mashed potatoes, croquettes, french fries, chips, soups, sauces, dressings, marinades, desserts, cocoa)   
  • whey used for making alcoholic distillates including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin;
  • lactitol;

(e.g. bread, crispbread, biscuits (sweet and salty), cereal, vegetarian dishes, Falafel, salads, humus, salads, marinades, desserts)    

sulphur Sulfur dioxide and sulphites
(e.g. fruit preparations, cereals, breads, meat products, delicatessen salads, soups, sauces, sauerkraut, fruit juice, chips and other dried potato products, salted dried fish)   

note: at concentrations of more than 10 mg / kg or 10 mg / l terms of the total SO 2, the recycled ready for consumption or as instructed by the manufacturer to the original state should be calculated products;
